Herrington Park

Herrington Park is a country park which is built on the site of a former colliery.  It has a large lake where you will see many bird species .  It is opposite Penshaw Monument.

The Start

The  session will start at 10.00 am.

We will meet in the car park.  Once you have completed the PARQ and been provided with a set of poles we will make our way onto the grass area

You will be taken through the first 5 steps of the INWA 10 step technique.
