Nordic walking and Parkinson’s | Parkinson’s UK (parkinsons.org.uk)
We have contacted Parkinson’s UK and they identified two areas for an introduction to and beginners Nordic Walking session. The two areas were North Tyneside and the Alnwick area.
The two sessions have been arranged for Tuesday 2 July at Tynemouth Beach and Thursday 4 July at Alnmouth Beach. Both sessions start at 11am.
The Tynemouth session is fully booked already but there are still places available at the Alnmouth session.
We are really looking forward to these sessions.
